Where is my order?

Orders will ordinarily ship within 2-3 business days from purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive an alert via email with the tracking information.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal and Afterpay.

Where do you ship to?

Currently only Australia and New Zealand but stay tuned.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, for $100+ orders in Australia.

Is my personal information and credit card information safe?

We’ve taken steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorised access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format. For more information, view our privacy policy.

Do you accept returns?

We do not refund for change of mind purchases. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us via email before your item is shipped.If there is a problem with your item/s, please contact us via email and we will aim to respond within 1 business day. Please note, any refund will not include the shipping fee. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order, via email to hello@auriche.com.

Are the products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. All of our products have been tested by an independent dermatology institute and approved as excellent quality.

I noticed there is silicon in your serums - isn’t that bad for my hair?

Our scientifically formulated products contain only ingredients that will benefit your hair. Some silicons can build up on the hair shaft, causing limp or dry hair. Our ingredients have been specifically developed to enhance the hair, by protecting it and adding gloss and shine. Also, your range has been designed as a complementary system, so our efficacious clarifying shampoo and conditioner (Cleanse + Restore) will remove the silicone from your hair, preventing any build-up. Remember, the damage done by exposure to fake tan is a much greater threat to your hair’s health!

Are your products tested on animals?

No - our whole range is cruelty free.

Are your products vegan?

The protect, cleanse and restore products are vegan.

Do your products contain parabens or SLS?

No, the whole range is without parabens, phthalates, SLES, SLS, aldehydes and formaldehyde.

Do your products contain gluten?

No. While they smell delicious, please don’t eat them.

Is your packaging sustainable?

We have carefully chosen packaging components with the highest possible recycled components while maintaining the shelf life and integrity of our products. The restore, protect and repair products are packaged in state-of-the-art airless pumps made from 75% post-consumer plastic. The design vastly reduces plastic usage and ensures effective evacuation, so you can get every last drop. The inner bottle of the protect and repair pumps is easily replaceable, so you can keep the pump and help save even more resources (as well as your money). The cleanse tube is made from 40% post-consumer plastic. The cardboard cartons, which keep the products safe for transport, are made from recycled and recyclable stock.

What are the exact fill volumes?

If you’ve got a keen eye, you might have noticed some of our unicartons seem to have a different fill volume than stated on our website, so which one is it? When our manufacturer was filling the range, we discovered that the volumes printed on the protect, restore and repair unciartons (including the refills) were incorrect. We hold strong environmental beliefs and couldn’t bare the thought of these perfectly functional and beautifully printed recycled kraft cartons going to waste. All our product fill volumes are as stated on our website and points of sale.

What is the shelf life of the products?

Our whole range has a shelf life of 2 years after the date of manufacture. Please note the first production of Cleanse has a typographical error on the best before stamp - it is 09 Nov 25, not 09 Nov 23.
